Robyn Norris – Montana

Robyn grew up in New Hampshire, hunting alongside her father, a longtime bear‑hunting guide, where early lessons in tracking, dog work, and respect for wildlife sparked her passion for conservation. That path led her to a degree in Wildlife Biology and Conservation and a career studying species from big game to upland birds across the country. Now based in Bozeman, Montana, she works as a conservation specialist supporting farmers, ranchers, and landowners in creating habitat that benefits both working lands and wildlife. Robyn draws on years of navigating male‑dominated spaces in wildlife biology and hunting to help other women feel confident and welcomed in the field, and she looks forward to exploring more of Montana’s hunting and fishing opportunities, growing her skills, and sharing that journey with women who are learning and connecting in the outdoors.
