Kristen Tripp – Montana

Kristen grew up internationally, an experience that instilled in her a deep respect for wildlife, wild places, and the cultures connected to them. Now based in Montana, she is a passionate advocate for public lands and the preservation of wildlife for future generations — a commitment that is deeply personal as a mother. She believes access, education, and stewardship are essential to ensuring these traditions endure.

An avid hunter, fly angler, and emerging archer, Kristen is a graduate of Montana’s Master Hunter Program, which she hopes to help revive. She works professionally in fly fishing and international travel, and is dedicated to expanding opportunities for women in land advocacy and welcoming more women into the sporting and conservation community. Through leadership, mentorship, and connection, she aims to strengthen the collective voice of women who hunt, fish, and care deeply about conservation.
