Tennessee’s Pioneering Project: The All-Women Hunt Lease Changing the Game
The Tennessee lease creates a safe and supportive community where women can grow in confidence and capability. By teaching essential hunting skills alongside hands-on land management practices—ranging from operating equipment to planning and executing prescribed burns—it uniquely empowers participants to take an active role in conservation. Through this immersive experience, women not only deepen their connection to the natural world but also gain the tools and confidence to become leaders and stewards of the outdoors.
