Hide Tanning with Talcon Quinn

Have you been wanting to truly use ALL of your harvests? The hide is a major portion and can be utilized in so many capacities. Join Kate in Virginia along with Amy Barr, owner of Art Adventures as they host a weekend packed with all things hide tanning in the traditional manner.

Kate and Amy have scheduled a very special retreat for up to 12 ladies. These women will side by side learning from nationally recognized Appalachian Folk Artist, Talcon Quinn.

Event begins at 9am on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2023 and concludes 4pm on Monday, Feb. 20th. All art and tanning supplies, instruction and tools included. On-site camping available $35pp/per night. Registration deadline Jan. 31, 2023. Additional lodging available within 2miles of event site.
