Artemis Hawai’i will be hosting a pig processing workshop for people to learn how to break down a pig. We will also be discussing different practices for cooling and safe handling of meat in the field. Participants will be able to bring home some of the meat we process.

The workshop will occur on October 22nd or 23rd. The exact time and date will be sent out as we approach and secure the pig we will be processing.

Fee of $30 required to secure your spot.

Located on Oahu in partnership with the Oahu Department of Forestry and Wildlife.
