Amanda Mills – Texas

Amanda grew up in Arcadia, Florida – a rural agricultural town where she spent her childhood hunting with her dad and uncle. Her love for the outdoors started early and has followed her into adulthood, with a passion for deer and turkey hunting and a more recent enthusiasm for waterfowl. She now lives in Texas with her husband, Josh, a cattle rancher who has affectionately dubbed her the “calf lady” for her love of bottle-feeding calves and helping on the ranch whenever she can. Deeply interested in regenerative agriculture, Amanda balances ranch life with a career in legal tech. Through Artemis, she has found an inspiring community of women who share her passion for the outdoors, and she’s excited to foster that same sense of belonging for others. Above all, she hopes to pass on her love of the land and the outdoors to her daughters.
