Crafting for Conservation: The Future of Alaska’s Fish

June 3, 2024

  • « Alaska Tide Talk and Wetlands Walk
  • Alaska: What the Reg?! »

Join Artemis Alaska and artist Ashley Lohr, owner of Rosie Finn, for a collaborative workshop dedicated to southeast Alaska’s fish! Bringing science and art together, attendees will learn about regional fish conservation from local women in science while learning how to make handmade, fish-inspired earrings from Ashley. Participants will walk away feeling more knowledgeable about fish conservation and with a unique, handmade set of earrings to commemorate the night!
