SUMMARY:HI: Intro to Archery
DESCRIPTION:Come learn to shoot bow at Bushwhacker’s Archery Club! This event is the first part of our Hawaii archery series. Perfect for first time shooters or those that want to freshen up on archery basics. The event will start with the basics of shooting at traditional bales and will end with a walk through of the 3-D target course with the remaining time. All equipment will be provided. Already have a bow? Please indicate so in the questionnaire and if your bow is tuned to you. The range can be hot and the 3-D course is uneven dirt terrain. Please bring adequate sun protection and closed toe shoes. Drinks and light snacks provided. \nSpace is limited and sign ups are on a first come\, first serve basis.

DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in learning to field dress and butcher a deer? Join Artemis Sportswomen for a hands-on clinic\, date TBD. We will break down a deer carcass into primal cuts and discuss different practices for cooling and safe handling of meat in the field. \nOur ambassador Lisa Fierman is hosting this event in partnership with her local game warden\, who will contact her when a deer needs to be humanely put down\, so that the deer can be used as an educational tool for folks interested in learning how to process their own deer.
